Year 5 and 6 camp fundraisers

In order to keep the cost of the South Island camp down for individual families, we are required to raise funds to subsidize this.  We have a couple of events coming up that we need your help with.  

Lunch & afternoon tea on Tuesday 7th November

We are hosting a professional development seminar this day and will be providing lunch and afternoon tea for attendees.  The attached sheet provides details of what families can contribute towards this - either food or help preparing items.  If you'd like to put your name down for any of these, please either send back the completed form or just email gail@amesbury.school.nz to let me know.  We need to know as soon as possible who can do what, so please respond as soon as you are able.

Bunnings Porirua BBQ & Cake Sale on Saturday 18th November

This is a great, fun opportunity to raise funds for camp.  We need to set up at 8:30am, and close up by 4:00pm unless we sell out prior.  Please complete this form to let us know what time you are able to help on the day.
