Later this term all classes will be participating in the Keeping Ourselves Safe program. This will be taught by the classroom teacher and the local Police Education Officer.

Students will learn:

• how to work out when their safety is at risk

• how to keep safe when they meet and mix with other people

• who and how to ask for help if they, or someone they know, is at risk

• that it is important to keep asking for help until the issue stops

• that it is important to make and follow personal, family and school safety rules

On Wednesday 22 May at 3.15pm Constable Ross Greer will hold a parent information session in the library. We encourage you to come along for more information. This will also be a good opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
