It has been fantastic this week to have our new double basket swing ready for use in our Playscape. This project has been made possible by the generous grants given to us by Tū Manawa Active Aotearoa and the Alexander McMillan Trust. Our Andersons Bay PTA have also contributed to the purchase of the swings using money raised through school fundraising. The team from Osborn Brothers erected the swings in our Playscape for us, donating their time, the materials for the surrounds and the bark chips to go underneath the swings. We really appreciate the work of everyone who has contributed to this project and we know the children are loving having this extra piece of play equipment. A big thank you from us all.
