Christian World Service (CWS) is seeking an energetic, strategic, National Director to lead their small, dynamic organisation. This role is critical as we work with, and on behalf of, our partner churches to challenge and address poverty and injustice, enable development work overseas (particularly in the Pacific), respond to natural disasters and build movements for positive change.
We are seeking a visionary leader with a strong commitment to global issues, proven experience in organisational leadership, and skills in the management of people, fund raising, and finances. An ability to relate the Christian gospel to the work of CWS is essential, as is the ability to communicate and engage with a wide range of audiences.
