Missional Community House Leader(s) Live in Coordinator
St Martin's, Spreydon (St MJ's) is looking for either a couple or a single who can help lead and guide our young adult residents in what we call the 'Good Dirt' missional community lifestyle.
With our previous house leader having gone to St John's College, this has opened up a role for either a couple or single who can help lead and guide our young adult residents in what we call the 'Good Dirt' missional community lifestyle.
Do you want to make a real impact in the lives of young adults, encouraging them in in their faith, discipleship and mission? The leader/leaders would be part of a great oversight team and have good support by both this team and our local church. The house is in walking distance to UC (the University of Canterbury).
We are a community that is shaped by Jesus in all of our priorities, visioning and culture of cultivating a culture of discipleship, mission and regeneration.
We are looking for a leader/leaders with primary competency in discipling other young adults and mission focussed leadership. This is a live in role and can be complemented by our vacancy for Young Adults Pastor. Please contact us below for more information.
