Lay Pioneer Bob Hamilton talks about a lay leadership course that has made a huge difference to God's mission in Ipswich!

Each participant engaged with formal content on leadership and were also mentored by an experienced church leader. This has led to an amazing transformation in a number of local churches. Bob reported that one person changed from being a 'sleepy' Christian to being 'awake' and leading an outreach programme.
