Rev Robin Gamble speaks about his motivation to start the LyCiG conference and his passion to see the church thrive and grow!

I had the privilege of meeting the founder of the Leading your Church into Growth movement while I was in the UK. Robin Gamble is absolutely delightful to talk to - a man of prayer and immense passion for the church he loves - and with a quick wit!

He began the LyCiG movement because he believed that many church leaders and members wanted their churches to grow but lacked the knowledge and skills. He also objected to the mood of 'constant decline-ism' that he perceived affected many in the church.

And so 'Leading your Church into Growth' was born - a basic and proven, step by step process, that can help leaders lead a church into growth. So come to the LyCiG conference yourself from the 12th to the 14th of October at St Christopher's in Christchurch! To register for the conference, click here. The cost is a very reasonable $50 per head and this covers the manual, lunches and refreshments. Parishes are being asked to bring a team but if that's not possible just come and enjoy the followship and learning that LyCiG offers!
