Sunday's Evening prayer at St James was a special event and more than just Evening Prayer. Sea-Am Thompson, a multi-talented St Andrew’s College music scholar came to perform and play the organ in St James. It was wonderful having someone put the St James organ through its paces up and down the full register that a quality organ can produce. Sea-Am is very talented and we were blessed that he was able to come. On Sunday afternoon/evening, sitting in St James, listening to the organ and taking in the atmosphere of a traditional building I personally felt like I was in a cathedral but one outside the city boundaries.
