Join Ignatian Spiritual Director Colin Renouf from the Cathedral Parish for this 2-Night Silent Retreat focusing on the Psalms of Ascent (Psalms 120-134).

Learn to pray in an honest and full-bodied way, bringing both praise and lament and every emotion in between to Our Lord and God. Over the weekend, we'll explore a portion of Israel's prayer book, the Psalms, and learn to write our own psalms of praise and lament.
