A surprise presentation

On Sun, 11 Feb 2024, Andrew Clark received his Bachelor of Theology from Bishop Peter in a surprise presentation at the 4pm church service.

The Parish of Woodend Pegasus had a wonderful Sunday evening last weekend. Bishop Peter kindly presented Andrew Clark with his Bachelor of Theology as Andrew was unable to make it to Dunedin for his graduation. 

This came as a complete surprise to Andrew who simply thought that Bishop Peter, a large number of friends, family and beloved previous Ministers of the church were there to kick off the first 4pm service of the year. He was completely humbled by the gesture and said it was way better than a real graduation. 

Rev'd Sammy Mould spoke well and many friends who don't normally attend church heard about the love of Jesus at work practically in our lives. Andrew and Amy Clark would like to sincerely thank Bishop Peter and Teresa, Rev'd Steven and Emma Dunne, and all the past and present church family at St Barnabas Woodend for their hearty support over the last few years of study.
