The Anglican Campaign is launched

It was wonderful to be joined by so many friends last week for the launch of our Anglican Campaign at the Transitional Cathedral and at St Mary's (Timaru).

Choral Evensong was sung at both venues. Thank you to Dean Ben and Ven Ben Randall, the choristers and support teams at both venues for hosting us so generously.

Bishop Peter spoke, together with Project Director, Keith Paterson and CCRL Chair, Mark Stewart, MNZM. The Bishop announced that the Anglican Campaign had raised $1 million towards the Campaign target of $2.5 million.

Bishop Peter also introduced his Champions who will be the face of the campaign in the Diocesan community. They are Mrs Suzanne Bell, Rev'd Peter Beck, Hon. Canon Jenny May, Rev'd Mark Sullivan and Mr Steve Wakefield, all are well known to many in the Diocese and are strong supporters of the Cathedral Reinstatement.

All attending took home a package. If you would like to have one sent to you, please contact CCRL Fundraising Manager, Jill Robinson jill.robinson@ccrl.org.nz with your details.

We wanted to share some images which truly captured the fellowship enjoyed by everyone.
