Congratulations to Aquinas’ Year 7 & 8 water polo teams for both winning gold at the North Island Championships in Auckland last weekend.

The Girls team had a great final versus St Cuthbert’s College, winning 8-3 after losing 4-5 to the same team a day earlier. Our Mixed team played St Thomas’s School, and after a tight third-quarter score went on to win 8-5.

Congratulations also to the MVP Addison Sands (Y7) and MVG Mia Lowe (Y8) from the Girls team, and MVP George Hopkins (Y8) and MVG Thomas Magill (Y7) from the Mixed team.
