Our Year 13 Economic students enjoyed a fantastic trip to Waihi Mine last month.

The trip provided an opportunity for students to analyse some of the positive and negative externalities of production. 

The interactive tour allowed students to explore a working mine, experience underground mining, and hold an ounce of gold.
