Students Bring Animal Imagery To A Head

Aquinas College —

Enjoy an up-close look at the incredible artwork of our talented Year 10 Art students.

Our ākonga were asked to study different animals and insects and then design their own imaginary animal head sculpture.

They used Papier-mâché made from recycled newspaper and glue to sculpt the heads, then brought them to life with acrylic paint and finishing features such as whiskers. Amazing work!
