Green-fingered Aquinas staff have been lending a hand to help brighten the days of Waipuna Hospice patients.

Hospice Volunteer Adrienne Danby, who also works at Aquinas, recently asked staff members if they had flowers to donate to her hospice floral arrangements. Staff answered the call, overwhelming her with flowers for Waipuna’s short stay inpatient unit near Te Puna.

“They looked just wonderful and I'm sure they were highly appreciated by all the staff, patients and visitors,” Adrienne said. “I couldn't have done it without the help of the staff who so kindly donated the flowers.”
