Writing Clubs for AC Authors and Orators
Do you know Aquinas has a Creative Writing Club? It’s yet another fun way for our student authors to hone their craft.
Spearheaded by Year 13’s Ashley Kane, the Monday lunchtime club in Room 26 caters to Year 7 and 8 students but may expand to older years.
Every week is different. On a recent Monday, students were challenged to write a six-word story about a photo of their choice, which isn’t as easy as it sounds.
Ashley said the idea is to have a dedicated space for younger students to get together, write and have fun.
