Regardless of where you are in the South Island, we have virtual ways we can connect if travel isn't on the cards at the moment!

It's no shock that things are ever-changing at the moment. If you are wanting to book something in with us, we have some options in place that can go ahead, regardless of the situation throughout Aotearoa, and whatever restrictions may be in place.

General Presentation: If you would like us to talk about Ara as a whole, a general presentation is a great way to go. Covering a brief overview of all subject areas, accommodation, student services, what makes Ara different, information on applications and more, its a great way to introduce Ara to your students, and learn about what we have to offer.

Subject Specific Presentations: You may have a media class who would love to hear about the New Zealand Broadcasting School, a PE class keen to learn more about Osteopathy, or a drama class interested in learning about our musical theatre study options at the National Academy of Singing and Dramatic Art (NASDA). Regardless of what it is, we can go into more depth about a certain area of study that students might be interested in.

For both of the options above, we can follow the presentation with a Q+A session, to answer any specific questions students might have.

A third option is something a bit more personalised for a student who may want to learn more, get some assistance on picking the right course for them, or ask some more questions. If a student would like a private zoom call with their regions representative send an email through to the rep, or to engagement@ara.ac.nz to get this booked in. These are also chances for parents, caregivers or any other support person to join too.
