NZBS On Air Workshop
Here's a quick rundown of the registration process!
The NZBS On Air Workshop is coming up in the July holidays (8 - 11 July) and to ensure that all students are prepared to attend the workshop, we have provided a quick rundown of the registration & payment process!
1. Registration
The Student registers for the workshop via the Experience Ara website
2. Confirmation
If the School is paying, the School must send email confirmation and invoice contact details to engagement@ara.ac.nz
If the Guardian is paying, Guardian must send email confirmation and invoice contact details to engagement@ara.ac.nz
3. Payment
Payment must be made in full prior to the workshop to secure a place. Due to high demand, we require payment at latest two weeks prior (Monday 24 June) to the workshop start date .
Further details on how to pay will be sent out to students & the invoice contact.
Students from outside of Christchurch should ensure they have secured a place before making any travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
4. Travel Arrangements
If the Student is from outside of Christchurch, the Student must arrange appropriate travel bookings & accommodations for the duration of the workshop. Meals and accommodations are not provided by Ara.
We highly advise that the Student confirms payment of the workshop (thereby securing their place) before travel arrangements are made.
5. Final Confirmation Emails
Once the payment is received and the Student's place is secured, we will send out a final Confirmation Email that contains information such as workshop groups, schedules, and where to meet on the first day.
