Kia ora,

My name is Liv King and I am very excited to be the newest member of the Ara Youth and Community Development Team!

After completing a Psychology degree, I have spent the last few years working in IT Recruitment here in Christchurch. I decided to make a switch into something that felt a little more like me, and a role focused on youth & education seemed like a great match.

Outside of work, I am a cat mum, reader of terrifying books (crime and thrillers are my favourites) and average baker.

This role is going to be a fun new challenge for me, and I am really looking forward to meeting all the schools that I will be working with! I can't wait to be on the Ara campus (it's a little nicer than my spare room).
