Enabling Vicars to grow in their leadership and missional engagement.

Bishop Peter asked me before Christmas to develop a Ministry Appraisal Questionnaire which can be used by clergy when they have their one-on-one meeting with him in the weeks following their Parish Review. This will enable a focused and productive conversation.

The intention is to acknowledge strengths and achievements in ministry as well as to identify leadership areas to work on and develop.

The DMAP provides a clear mandate to grow in our missional capacity as leaders and these appraisals will be an important way we can do this.
