Making friends!

Hi everyone, I'm Maggie, and have enjoyed my first 3 weeks hanging out and getting to know the students and staff at Arthur Street School.  So far I have meet some wonderful students who are learning about me.  I love when I arrive at school in the morning and am greeted with students who are so pleased to see me.  I receive so many pats in a day and I'm mind blown by how kind and gentle they are towards me.  

I look forward to returning their kindness, by visiting their classes next year, sitting alongside them while they read to me, and growing alongside them.  I hope to teach them empathy and kindness, and also how to care for me, while hoping they will teach me about life.
