As part of our course, Year 11 students need to consider options for further education. On Thursday 8 July they went to ARA polytechnic and were introduced to some of the courses available.......

One group went to the Woolston Campus to look at the different trades courses and the other group went and had a look at hospitality at the Madras Street Campus. 

This was then followed with a group activity for one of their assessments. This required students to work in a team taking part in laser tag.  Students had to come up with a plan, then try to defeat the other team. 

Mrs. Strijbis and Ms. Carrick were very impressed with this group of young people who represented the college extremely well.
