Students working in an online subject, Creative Forest, had the chance to meet face to face with their teacher, Renea Mackie.

This year a group of year nine and ten students have had the opportunity to do an online subject, Creative Forest. Their teacher, Renea Mackie came to school last Friday to meet the group face to face. Each of the students presented snippets of the work, and learning, they have been doing in this project based environment.

Passions projects carried out by these students  have included; learning to make 3D models using Blender, studying photography and video making, learning to code, creating  objects and models in Minecraft, creating podcasts about technology, developing creative writing, developing and promoting Twitch accounts, creating music  and much more. Renea encourages her students to think "outside the square", share ideas and make connections with other learners.
