Festival A & B – 5 rounds with scores not recorded.

Our girls did Ashcoll proud showing that all the practice in our pilot programme in Term 2 paid off.

The A girls won their first three games with ease, but WGHS Red proving too strong in the fourth round, taking the overall win. AshColl B took it to the wire winning on points in the crossovers, making for an exciting watch.  

Shout out to Jasmine Galos who stepped up for the injured Samantha Lagapa and did not look out of place! 

There was huge improvement in the C grade and Festival teams which makes for a bright future for Ashburton College Badminton.
