For the first time in the history of Avonhead School, our Kapa Haka have signed up for the Tūhono Kapa Haka Competition, which is being held at Cowles Stadium on Friday the 13th of September. Everybody in the Kapa Haka group have been working very hard, and we are sure everybody will be able to tell!

The group had a surprise performance as we entered assembly this week. The Media Team were there to capture a sneak preview!
