Student News

AGHS —

New students - remember to log in to our Gold Card recognition system:

Go to: https://pb4l.school.nz/PB4L/StudentLogin.php
Put your user name and password in – this is your school username and password.
It will then ask for some more details to make sure you get the recognitions you earn.
When you get through to the next screen, bookmark the login page so you know how to check your gold cards later on as well!

How does it work?

•Any staff member can issue you a gold card online.  They will do this to recognise your actions that represent the school values:  Respect, Integrity, Self-Discipline, Contribution (RISC).
•You get a text to say they have given you one.
•You can also log in online to see how many you have!
•For the rest of the year, prizes will be given out to people who have received gold cards through a random draw.  Check the notices for the weekly draw information.
•When you have 3, your parents or caregiver are emailed to say how well you have been doing.

Qtopia

Qtopia is a social support service for LGBTQIA+ youth, their whānau, and their communities, through education, support, celebration and advocacy to create lasting positive social change.  Qtopia offers social support groups 48 weeks of the year, including a weekly youth group for anyone 13 - 18 who identifies as LGBTQIA+ or is questioning and would like support. The group meets every Thursday evening at Saltworks in the central city, and is a great way to meet new people, to talk about our experiences, and to eat a lot of kai and have heaps of fun. New members, as well as parents or support people are most welcome.  connect@qtopia.org.nz
