The weather and flooding events of the days leading up to our Open Night did not deter the crowds of prospective families. The Kapahaka group welcomed a full house in our large theatre and this stream of interested people continued after the Principal’s address. Families were able to explore the different learning areas and facilities offered here at Avonside Girls’ High. We were pleased with the positive feedback regarding our current students who were a big part of our evening. As in previous years a voucher competition was run and won by Isla Hilton.
The evening was a great comeback after the absence of Open Night in 2020 due to Covid-19.
