Colour copying vs Black & white Printing

New Era are working on ensuring the default print setting is black and white as it does cost more to print in colour than black and white.

Why?

Our colour copying has exploded in volume and as such is costing us more per page than ever before.

You can help with this by ensuring you are selecting the right Follow Me in Papercut before pressing print.

You can of course, still print in colour when it is needed, this is to try and reduce the copying volume to a more reasonable size.
