Whānau attended to watch their daughter recieve acknowledgements of success and share kai after the formal events. The M.C.s for this event were Phoebe Grey and Lizzy Keele. Phoebe was the leader of Mana Kotiro, our Māori student council, for 2021 and Lizzy was a role model for our Māori students through her active contribution to Kapa Haka and te reo Māori classes.

The Kapa Haka group performed waiata and haka. The leaders of group during the whakanui were Manaaki Waretini-Beaumont, Phoebe Grey and Lizzy Keele. We were also treated to dance performances from Waimarama Mahuika-Gerrard, Tamara Percival, Brooke Whittle, Nikita Blair, Nicole Kim, Jenny Kim, Wakano Nishioka, Yui Sawai, Anh Nham who performed a K Pop style dance. Paige Solomon-Osborn and Ella Cummings performed a Hip Hop dance. Jonelle Wiki Arapeta and Hayley Huffam described their adventures from their recent excursion with Outward Bound. The evening ended with us acknowledging our year thirteen leavers and helping them to celebrate their next adventures in 2021.
