Avonside Girls’ High School Jazz Band competed in the 2023 Jazz Quest competition on Saturday, 29th July.

They performed a selection of pieces ranging from Miles Davis to Goyte.

The band has been preparing for the competition from the beginning of the year and rehearse every Tuesday after school.

The hard work paid off as they were awarded Silver for their performance.
