Avonside Girls' —

Nine of our students were involved in the University of Otago Sheila Winn Shakespeare Festival on Saturday, 1st April.

Seven AGHS students performed a scene at the University of Otago Sheila Winn Shakespeare Festival on Saturday 1st April. They performed extracts from Act One, Scene One of The Taming of the Shrew, directed by Year 13 student Isabella Harneiss and assisted by Year 11 student Mak Evans.

The group were presented with the award for 'Best Ensemble', which reflects how well they worked together onstage and off. They conducted themselves beautifully and did Avonside proud.
