The Year 7's are mixing things up this rotation with a focus on modifying and adapting the recipe.

Thinking about their stakeholder, the students modify the recipe to suit the situation and stakeholder.  We have adapted biscuits for the family to take on a picnic; made layered granola for a breakfast; lentil burger for a lunch; loaded potatoes for a dinner; bread; and a mug cake for dessert. A huge variety of flavours have wafted around the tech block making everyone around us hungry.

Their tech books with the recipes and reports will be coming home before the holidays.
