We welcomed and celebrated Matariki with a fabulous hangi kai for all of our ākonga and kaiako this afternoon.

The kai was delicious. Everyone enjoyed having a warm and tasty lunch on a cold day. For some it was their first hangi. It was a lovely way to end our term.  Ngā mihi to Jack and Jo from Mosgiel New World for giving us all of the vegetables for our hangi and to all of our helpers who put the hangi down and prepared the food.
