The final groups have completed the first unit in the Foods room.

 They have measured, cut, sliced, mixed, rolled and created a day's worth of recipes. Smoothies, scones, pizzas, muffins, stir-fry, crumbles, sushi and cookies have all been attempted with variations of success. So proud of all the students who challenged themselves and tried something new this term.

Next term we are moving on to a unit where the students have to be creative with flavours.  They all will need a jar with a screw on lid during their time in Food Tech. 

All students have been emailed the recipes so hopefully some cooking will be going on in the holidays.
