Ukulele & Orchestra Workshop
It was lovely to welcome some year 3, 4 & 5 students from Kaikorai Primary School today.
Balmacewen and Kaikorai students were involved in workshops for both ukulele and orchestra today. The ukulele group are preparing for the Ukulele Jam in August and it was nice to see the collaboration between both schools.
Orchestra was sounding wonderful and it was pleasing to see our Balmacewen students displaying leadership amongst the younger students.
The day finished with a combined performance at 2pm which was a huge success and a lovely atmosphere amongst the group. Well done to all involved.
