Rooms 15, 23 &24's Perfect Pies
The students made their designer pies last week.
With a great working atmosphere the class worked collaboratively and efficiently. The partners designed their own flavour combinations, made their puff or short pastry, chopping, cooked, tasted their fillings before making their final pie. One partnership even made their own BBQ sauce and had leftovers for home. Some yummy smells were wafting around the room. Hopefully some made it home in one piece!
