SCHOOL ACCOUNTS 2023

Accounts will be emailed at the beginning of each term.

Term one account will include items for the full year which can be paid off over the course of the year.

Examples: Resource donation, Technology materials, Year 7 camp.

Further details regarding school accounts will be emailed to all parents in term 1 next year.

Activities/Trips will be billed on a Term by Term basis.

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:

Extra Curricular activities will be added to your child’s account but cannot be paid off as part of an automatic payment and must be paid in full before your child can participate – e.g. sport. We want all students to be able to participate in extra curricular activities, so if payment by the due date is a barrier please contact kballantyne@balmacewen.school.nz.
