Wednesday 24th July - Year 6 contributing schools tech day.  High school head teacher speeches. Year 7 parents puberty meeting 6pm.

Thursday 25th July - Kings and Queens open morning.

Friday 26th July - Logan Park open morning. Year 7 sports morning.

Monday 29th July - Otago Girls and Otago Boys open morning.

Thursday 1st August - Australian Maths competition.

Monday 5th August - Otago Science and Technology Fair.

Wednesday 7th August - Balmacewen Intermediate Open Night.

Friday 9th August - Balmacewen school Cross Country.

Year 7 News: The "F" Factor - Year 7 Term Three Focus

It has been a very busy Term for our Year 7 students - this newsletter contains a number of articles about some of the fantastic work and activities we have been involved in. Thank you to our parents and communities who continue to support our students. We now look ahead to Term Three. In Term Three the Year 7 classes move on to a Health and Wellbeing integrated theme. The "F" Factor is our catch phrase for the term which will look at - Friendship, Focus, Family, Food, Fun..... under the umbrella of thinking about what being happy and healthy is all about.
