Monday - Friday Daily school routine - Bell times for Terms 1-4

7:45am School pedestrian gates open

8:25am Staff commences Active Supervision (duty)

8:35am First Bell rings for students to line up outside their classrooms

8:40am Learning time begins

10:25am Morning Tea/Interval

10:45am Students lining up outside their classrooms ready for instructions for Block 2 Learning time

12:30pm Seated Lunch eating

12:45pm Lunch Time play

1:15pm Students lining up outside their classrooms ready for instructions for Block 3 Learning time

2:45pm Pack-up Bell

3:00pm END of school day. All students are assembled in the school hall ready for dismissal.

3:15pm Any student left after this time will wait outside the school. All active supervison ends at this time so ALL students must be collected by 3:15pm.

School Office hours are from 8:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday). The school office is closed during the school holidays. You can still leave a message on the answering machine or alternatively email office@balmoralsda.school.nz
