Year 10 Girls - Personal Safety Education – 9th & 10th November

Bayfield High School —

Kia Haumaru – Personal Safety Education is taking place on 9th and 10th November. A letter has been emailed home to families of girls in Year 10 to provide more detailed information.

This will take place on site at Bayfield High School. This is a whole day course. The Year 10 girls will be split into two groups. One group will complete the course on Thursday and the other on Friday. Students will not be in their usual classes on the day they take part in the workshop. They will be informed of their group at school and which day they will take part in the course. On the day of their course students should wear mufti clothing, suitable for a movement-based class, e.g. not jeans or skirts.

The school supports the teaching of Personal Safety Education. If you would like further information or discuss anything, please contact the school. Or contact Mrs Jo Tuuhoko-Pole (TIC Health) jtuuhokopole@bayfield-high.school.nz. This notice is a courtesy to let you know more about these workshops.
