PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Catherine Neidhardt —

Our successful students at Bethlehem School.

Kia ora e te whānau,

Success is always an interesting topic to discuss. What it is to one person, may be quite different to another.

As a school principal, I view our role as a kura is to offer as many opportunities as we can for our students to shine. Whether it be on the netball court in a semi-final game, creating a kumara garden that is thriving or learning to write their name for the first time. School should be a place where students explore, challenge and celebrate all kinds of new learning in many different arenas.

As we are moving into the last two weeks of our term, our tamariki and staff are working hard to prepare for our Arts Exhibition. The Visual Arts offer the chance for our children to share their interpretations of people, places and things. It is another platform for them to celebrate their unique and individual success.

We look forward to welcoming you all to our Arts Exhibition on September 20 and 21st. Please come along and share in our student's artistic successes.

Ngā mihi

Cath
