*TEACHER ONLY DAY

The next Teacher Only Day for Bethlehem School is Monday 5th September, there is no school for students on this day.

*Please do not send your child/ren to school before 8.30am. We do not have staff on duty and it is unsafe as students are unsupervised.

ALL STUDENTS WALKING TO BETHLEHEM BAPTIST CHURCH FOR PRODUCTION

As part of our production preparation, we will be walking all of our students down to the Bethlehem Baptist Church for stage rehearsals on the following dates:

Week 7 - Friday 9th (Main cast only) 

Week 8 - Friday 16th - Main cast, Reweti, Wiremu, and Ako 17 & 19 

Week 9 - Whole school Monday for dress rehearsal and for Thursday's matinee.


If you have any questions or concerns about your child walking down to the Church with their class, please let your child's teacher know by September 7th.

*Ōtūmoetai Intermediate School Board Elections

Parent Election Notice

Nominations are open for the election of two parent representatives to the Board of Trustees.

All eligible voters will receive a nomination form – you can use this form to nominate yourself or someone in your community. You will also receive a nomination cover letter calling for nominations.

If you need more nomination forms, contact the school office.

Nominations close at noon on Thursday 11th August 2022. You may provide a signed candidate statement and photograph with your nomination.

The electoral roll is held at the school and can be viewed during normal school hours.

As nominations are received, there will be a list of candidates’ names kept at the school up until election day, which you can view.

Voting closes at 4:00pm on 15th September 2022.

Ōtūmoetai Intermediate 2023 Enrolments are now open

This year Ōtūmoetai Intermediate School has two options for enrolling your child for 2023:

Option One: Complete the enrolment process online.

Option Two: Complete a hard copy enrolment form from your child’s school office, Ōtūmoetai Intermediate School office or download and print from our website – www.otuinter.school.nz under the ‘Enrolments’ button.

If you have any problems regarding your child’s enrolment (either hard copy or online, please do not hesitate to contact Ōtūmoetai Intermediate school office on 07-576 5105).

To return your child’s hard copy enrolment forms to Ōtūmoetai Intermediate School you can:

· Deliver or post them to Ōtūmoetai Intermediate School, 5 Charles Street, Bellevue, Tauranga

· Return them to your child’s primary school (if a contributing school).

Please note that all 2023 enrolments are due by 23rd September 2022.
