Office (Bishopdale School) - December 7, 2022
Ava Coates in Tī-Kōuka
Each morning Ava absolutely loves seeing what the Christmas Elf has been up to in the office overnight, and she knows that he is keeping an eye on who is being good for Santa. Ava is hoping Santa will bring her another Barbie doll for Christmas and would love to get a baby Barbie doll. She is also looking forward to having some time to play with her toys during the holidays.
Addyson Ischia in Mataī
Addyson is looking forward to the summer holidays and says she plans to build a fort to play in with her two sisters, Bethany and Jessica, but said her brother Lucas is too old and too big to play inside it. Addyson is hoping that Santa will bring her a big doll house this year, as she loves to play with her Barbie dolls and likes dressing them up.
Arjun Gadkari in Kōwhai
Arjun hasn't been at Bishopdale for very long and already enjoys spending his days with us, and is looking forward to coming back next year. He is also looking forward to having a nice break over the summer holidays, and is hoping to buy some new toys. He said he loves playing with his Nerf gun and likes to chase Dad with it. Arjun is hoping that Santa will bring him some toy Dinosaurs this year.
Ryder Meredith in Koromiko
Ryder has a fantastic advent calendar at home that his Mum has made for him. It has a pocket for each day containing lollies or little messages with fun things to do. Ryder also went and watched the Christmas Parade at Kaiapoi recently. For Christmas, Ryder said it would be great to get some games for his Playstation or tablet, and he doesn't mind which games they are.
Indy Taare Pao-Toleafoa in Kānuka
Indy is looking forward to her summer holiday as her Aunty and Uncle will be visiting with her cousins, who are younger than her. They live far away so it is always nice when they visit. Her cousins, a boy and a girl, play rugby and soccer, so it is always fun to have a game with them. For Christmas, Indy said it would be nice to get a board game, such as chess.
Jordan Isaacs in Kahikatea
Jordan is looking forward to having lots of time to chill out with his brother and three sisters over the summer holidays. He said he is also looking forward to spending time with his friend down at the park. For Christmas, Jordan would love to get a new bike.
Ali Shafiyee in Tōtara
Ali is looking forward to having time to chill out at home and play some games on his phone during the summer holidays. At the Leavers Assembly yesterday, Ali was presented with two trophies, one for Visual Arts and one for Academic Achievement. Next year he will be starting his first year at Casebrook Intermediate.
