This week's stars of the week are:

Sofia Dalton in Room 1

Sofia and her good friend Lillia have great fun playing with the baby dolls during their playtime.  Sofia loves to paint at school and at home.  At school she recently painted a beautiful bumble bee and a yummy looking icecream.  Sofia is a big fan of the film Frozen, especially Elsa and would love to be a real life Princess when she grows up.

Simrat Singh in Room 2

Simrat likes to run around and play on the school field with her friends Oriwa, Rocky and Kardashian.  She also likes to take a turn on the big swing, but is a little wary of the monkey bars after taking a tumble last week.  In class she is learning and writing about Jack and the Beanstalk, with help from Whaea Janita, Whaea Sandra and Whaea Susie.  At home she likes to bake with her Mum, when she is not playing with her toys, and when she grows up would like to be a Teacher.

Drake Ladds in Room 3

Drake enjoys maths at school, and also loves going outside and playing games with his friends.  His favourite game is ball tag when he's outside and Uno when he's indoors.  At home he likes to relax playing games on his XBox, especially survival games.  When he grows up Drake plans on going to college and then joining the Police.

Jordan Andrews in Room 4

Jordan likes to talk and would make a great speaker.  At the moment his favourite things are playing soccer on with his friends on the school field.  His favourite part of the playground equipment is the bridge, which he plays on with his friends Jeremiah, Devan and Peyton.  Jordan loves art, especially colouring.  At home he has a dog called Miller and a cat called Whisker to keep him company.  He likes to play with his Spongebob toys, as well as on his phone and Ipad.   When Jordan grows up he would like to be an astronaut.

Grace Carney in Room 6

Grace's favourite sport is hockey, which she plays in and out of school.  At school she enjoys her art lessons with Mrs Pepperle and recently made a 'flower that makes you happy'.  Grace is a big fan of reading and also likes playing with her friends.  At home Grace has an older sister and a baby sister to play with.  She enjoys baking and is a big Lego fan.  She also is a member of the Brownies and has earned lots of badges, which keeps Mum busy sewing them on.  When she grows up she would love to be a Mum at home with her children.

Rose Carney in Room 8

Rose loves to socialise at school with her friends.  Next year she will be starting at Casebrook Intermediate and is looking forward to all the activities she will be able to do.  Rose is a big fan of reading books and enjoys different kinds of stories.  She is an excellent Netball player, playing both for the school team and also outside of school.  Rose is a member of the Girl Guides and enjoys baking cookies and brownies.  When Rose leaves school she would like to be a Teacher.
