Stars of the Week
Congratulations to this week's Stars of the Week, who are:
Carter Fitchett in Tī-Kōuka
Carter had a lovely relaxing holiday, playing games and watching tv. He had a visit from the Easter Bunny and received some tasty chocolate eggs, one even had a small car in it, which he was very happy about as cars are his favourite toys.
Zack Dench in Mataī
Zack went fishing during the holidays and said he didn't manage to catch any fish, but there were lots of rocks there. He also had time to play with his favourite toy, which is a T-Rex that roars when you press a button. Zack also had a visit from the Easter Bunny and received a big red easter egg, as well as some chocolate ones. He really enjoyed relaxing at home.
Blake Sione in Kōwhai
Blake had a really good holiday and was able to spend time with his family, but likes being back at school and seeing his friends again. During the holidays he stayed by the river and had fun playing outside, and really enjoyed playing with his dog, Hugo. Blake received lots of tasty Eggs for Easter and also had time to play with his favourite motorbike toys.
Cassidy Rogal in Kānuka
Cassidy celebrated her 8th Birthday during the holidays and will soon be going to her cousin Sapphire's Birthday Party when she turns 10, which she is looking forward to. The Easter Bunny paid a visit to Cassidy at Easter and she received some tasty chocolate eggs. Cassidy said she would like to be a hairdresser when she grows up.
Ezra Xu in Koromiko
Ezra enjoyed playing with his cars during the holidays, especially his truck which is his favourite toy. He also enjoyed some lovely, tasty chocolate Easter Eggs. Ezra said he is happy to be back at school, where he likes playing with his friends.
Bentley Clarke in Kahikatea
Bentley enjoyed going out and about during the holidays, especially into the City where he had the chance to ride on an electric scooter, although he said it went a bit fast, but he didn't fall off. He also received lots of Easter eggs as well as a really big one. Although he likes to play soccer for fun, he is not too keen on playing for our winter sport team. He also doesn't mind cross country.
Nataliah Bailey in Tōtara
Nataliah had a great holiday and really enjoyed playing mini golf with her family. She also received some Easter eggs but likes to make them last by eating them gradually. She said it is good to be back at school but is not too keen on sport during the winter, although she doesn't mind the School Cross Country as you don't have to run too fast.
