This week's stars of the week are:

Josiah Poudyel in Room 1

Josiah's favourite activities at school are painting and drawing, and recently he coloured in a fantastic t-shirt picture.  He then likes to play on the playground equipment with his friends and is an expert at the monkey bars.  At home he loves to play cricket with his two brothers, but has to be careful his pet dog doesn't try to join in!  For a change of scenery he often goes to the local park with his brothers.

Victor Xu in Room 2

Victor lives with his Mum and Dad and his little brother Ezra, who has just started school in Room 1.  He enjoys maths at school and loves playing on our awesome playground.

Jing Shui in Room 3

Jing loves to read, and her favourite book is Dr Seuss's Green Eggs and Ham.  She also enjoys art, especially colouring.  When outside she loves to run and play on the playground equipment with her friends.  At home she keeps busy with her 3 cats, 3 fish and 2 geese, who will hopefully lay eggs when they are older.  Jing likes to invite her friend Georgia round to play at home, where they like to play on her Nintendo.

Rosie Bagley-Kinzett-Witehira In Room 4

Rosie likes to keep herself busy at school figuring out maths questions and drawing beautiful pictures of mermaids.  She likes to use her energy playing on the play equipment with her friends.  When she goes home she likes to relax, doing nothing and having some quiet time to herself.

Anahera Pairama in Room 6

When Anahera isn't busy in the playground, she enjoys being part of the school's Cultural Group.  She also enjoys art.  At home she has a mother cat and her 3 kittens (Milo, Yoda and Blue) to keep her company, as well as her brother and sister.  At home she loves playing tag games by jumping on the beds!

Lucus Cleverley in Room 8

Lucas enjoys sports, especially soccer and basketball.  He also likes to solve maths problems when back in the classroom.  At home he has 2 cats called Billy and Patch.  Patch a kitten who is only 8 months old.  He also has a rabbit called Nibbles.  At home he likes to relax listening to music and watching videos, and also plays racing games on his Xbox.
