Kia ora! Ko Maree ahau.

I am Maree, the learning support coordinator at Bishopdale School. I joined the staff at the end of term 1 2022 from my job as a Resource Teacher of Learning and Behaviour in this area. I have been in education for over 30 years and have taught from new entrants to year 9. I have taught up and down New Zealand, and was also fortunate enough to spend a couple of years teaching in FIji. I am thoroughly enjoying being back in a school and having the opportunity to build strong relationships with both staff and students. I have one daughter but am part of a large, very close family. My days of work at Bishopdale School are Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesday morning. In my spare time I enjoy making silver jewellery, gardening, biking, reading, fishing and spending time with family.
