The Life Education Van is visiting Bluestone
We all really enjoyed our two visits to the Life Education van. We learned about how we breathe in oxygen that the plants make and use it to give us energy. We had fun learning about where some of our body parts fit in our body using a life- sized doll called Tam and also Carpet Kid. Harold sang us some songs and told us some very funny jokes that made us laugh a lot.
Eddie: I liked the jokes that Harold told us. Eg. What do you call a dirty fairy? Stinkerbell!”
Joy: I liked the song Harold sang about being healthy.
Florence: I liked learning with Harold.
Wiremu: I liked doing Harold’s homework about oxygen.
Max: I liked carpet kid because we got to put his body parts on.
Isla-Grace: I liked Tam because her body parts lit up.
Everybody: We love Harold the giraffe.
