Rooms 1 and 6 had a great introduction to Space during Discovery time last week.
As part of this term's inquiry topic, Creative Creatures are learning about our Solar System. There was some great discussion by those constructing a giant rocket out of straws and solid concentration by those building lego space men. Watching the boys put the Solar System puzzle together almost silently, showed great team work.
Discovery time is a fantastic time for conversations and teamwork and a great chance to focus on our Bluestone School Values. The children certainly look forward to it!
