Chromebooks used in years 3 to 8 enhance learning experiences.
Bluestone has been building up a collection of Chromebooks for students to use in their everyday learning. All classrooms from year 3 - 8 have at least 15 units in their classroom ready to be used at anytime.
Chromebooks work in sync with students Google Accounts, and allow them to quickly access projects and learning tools on such applications as, Drive, Slides, PowToon and other exciting learning programmes. Students are able to work collaboratively on projects through sharing, they are also sharing work with teachers, home and their principal.
Students are excited and motivated about their learning on Chromebooks - they are a fun and new way to do things. Students are welcome to bring their own Chromebook to use at school but must have a consent form signed from home (see form below).
